Detailed Description:

T.E.A.M. Module 1 Monograph—The New Asthma Treatment Guidelines: Application in Clinical Practice will address the updated National Asthma Education and Prevention Program Third Expert Panel Report asthma treatment guidelines and their implications on patient care. Key concepts—including severity, control, risk, and impairment—are presented along with a case study. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain the importance of continual assessment of response to therapy for patients with persistent asthma
