Team-based Education And Management (T.E.A.M.) is an innovative educational program designed to educate the entire treatment team as a whole, similar to the way treatment and management is conducted in the practice setting. The overall goal of the T.E.A.M. initiative is to promote interaction among practice team members, which continues beyond the educational program, leading to improved communication and potential improvements in patient outcomes.

There are many barriers to optimal management of patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma. T.E.A.M. Asthma & Allergy Module 3Improving Outcomes for Patients with Allergic Rhinitis will address the significant comorbidities associated with allergic rhinitis and asthma and their effect on quality of life. Issues related to patient compliance will be identified and team-based efforts to improve patient communication and compliance will be addressed.
