Detailed Description:

The program was captured live at our Emerging Challenges in Primary Care Update: 2009 series and features Dr. Walter C. Martinez, MD, FAAN.  Dr. Martinez the Director at Memory Disorder Center and at Premiere Research Institute. He is also the Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Learning Objectives:

After completing this program participants should be able to:

  1. appreciate the need to recognize and treat Alzheimer’s dementia earlier in the disease process
  2. treat the psychiatric complications that may occur as part of Alzheimer’s dementia
