Detailed Description:
The management of heart failure and arrhythmias continues to evolve at a rapid rate. Medical therapy continues to progress and device therapy is reducing mortality and improving quality of life, even permitting in-home monitoring of patients. Moreover catheter procedures that now have the potential to cure atrial fibrillation have now become routine. Finally new gene technology is offering new insights into the mechanisms of heart failure and arrhythmias. This will be an exciting conference that offers practical, up to the minute advice on management of heart failure and arrhythmia patients while offering a glimpse into what the future may hold.
